<p>Choking of the kitchen drains is a regular problem if the greaseand food particles are not arrested. While cleaning just pull up the grating,remove the perforated trough and remove the particles. Thewaste water with the grease travels to a Grease Trap where thegrease and any food particles are arrested and water withoutthe grease and particles is allowed in to the main drain.
